The cozy corner seat is in the living room and offers space for up to 4 people. The parlor is a perfect place to stay. TV, sofa and the small library invite you to relax.
A tiled stove rounds off the typical furnishings of a South Tyrolean parlour. The door leads to the large panoramic terrace with a view of the Dolomites, Seis am Schlern and the Alpe di Siusi.

The old South Tyrolean wood stove is the eye-catcher in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of crockery.
Coffee, tea, spices and oils are provided.
In the kitchen there is also a small table with seating.

The highlight in the hallway are the ancient floor tiles. The vacuum cleaner is in the closet. There is also enough space for shoes, jackets. and hiking equipment.
In the storage room (not shown in the picture) is also enough space for winter sports equipment.

The highlight of the apartment is the breathtaking view of the Santner, Sciliar and the Dolomites.
Table and chairs invite you to have breakfast in the morning sun. There are also sun loungers and an umbrella.
The terrace is completely fenced.
The external staircase leads to the garden and forest.
